Steps of Service

Our basic package is a Delivery Buffet, which includes drop-off and setup for a $50 fee.


We also offer the following add-ons:


  • Chafer Service: Disposable chafer stands and 6-hour fuel canisters provided for a $100 fee.


  • Paper Service: Disposable plates (dinner, salad, dessert), cutlery, napkins, and cups provided for a fee of $2/guest.


  • Onsite Attendants: Our team members can remain onsite to replenish the buffet, break down chafers, clean up the mess, package leftovers, and remove trash. We can also man Carving Stations. We even have all the portable equipment necessary to expand your menu and have Chefs cook food fresh to-order onsite. Onsite Labor includes free use of our Premium Chafer Stands (reducing your Chafer Service fee from $100 to $50). Attendant Cost is $25/hour, plus a $25 gas reimbursement. Chef Cost is $100/hour, plus a $25 gas reimbursement.
     
  • Individual Plating: Individual plating for both carryout and seated meals provided for a fee of $2/plate.
     
  • Table Service: Full Table Service for seated meals. Maximum 20 guests per Server. Cost is $25/hour per Server, plus a  $25 gas reimbursement.
     
  • Bartending Service: Venues must provide alcohol. Maximum 50 guests per Bartender. Cost is $25/hour per Bartender, plus a $25 gas reimbursement.

A selection of hearty, chef-prepared entrées ranging from Southern comfort favorites to elegant classics, each thoughtfully paired with complementary sides.

Wild Mushroom Risotto

Creamy Arborio rice slowly simmered with wild mushrooms, Parmesan, and herbs. Suggested accompaniment: Garlic Bread.

Shrimp & Grits with Creole Tomato Gravy

With Creole Tomato Gravy. Suggested Accompaniment: Cajun Garlic Bread

Country Fried Steak

Suggested Accompaniment: Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Green Beans with a Cornbread Muffin

Chicken Alfredo

Suggested Accompaniment: Garlic Bread

Blackened Chicken Cajun Fettuccine Alfredo

Blackened Cajun chicken breast served over tender fettuccine in a rich Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Suggested Accompaniment: Cajun Garlic Bread.

Chicken Piccata

Golden pan-seared chicken breast finished with a bright lemon-butter sauce, white wine, and capers for a light, zesty finish. Suggested

Herb-Roasted Chicken Breast

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy with Roasted Root Vegetables

Lemon Herb Salmon

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy with Roasted Root Vegetables

Balsamic-Glazed Pork Chop

Seared pork chop finished with a balsamic reduction. Served with buttery stone-ground grits and slow-simmered collard greens.

Braised Short Rib
