Steps of Service

Plated dinners require either:

  • Premium Disposable Dinnerware Service (+$2/guest), which includes upscale disposable dinnerware and cutlery
    OR 
  • Client-provided or rental china coordinated through a third-party rental company.

Plated Dinner Packages

For weddings, galas, corporate banquets, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, and elevated private events. Our plated dinners are inspired by upscale Southern steakhouses, Gulf Coast hospitality, and classic American supper clubs — featuring premium proteins, rich sauces, elevated Southern sides, and refined presentation designed specifically for catered events.
